Abstract: The possibility of real function objects distribution change for rectangular function in mathematical modeling of physics processes is shown. Verification of the model for adequacy was conducted on two physics processes ? light absorption in diffusing mediums and sensitized phosphorescence decrease in conditions of distance statistical straggling among molecular. In case of exponential character of physical process such a change is a good approximation and can be used in theoretical describing of the process.
