Abstract:
A new numerical method for analysis of the MHD (magnetohydrodynamic) equilibria with magnetic islands is proposed. The results of the first methodical calculations are discussed. In the paper is shown that the proposed method can be applied to the cases, when the topology of magnetic surfaces can change.
