Investigation of kinetics of ordered oner-rand twor-rphase states formation in nonideal adsorbate layer

G. G. Yelenin

M. V. Lomonosov Moscow State University
Abstract: Complicated kinetic of formation of ordered stationary states of nonideal adsorbate layer on monocrystal facets (100) and (111) are described. Stages of formation of one-phase ordered states of two-dimensional crystal type and two-phase states of gas-crystal liquid-crystal and crystal-crystal types are defined. It is shown, that the characteristic features of dependence4 of layer energy from time are connected with vanishing of precritical germs of the new phase and with domain collapsing.
