Abstract: This article continues investigation of methods of numerical solution of three-dimensional Maxwell's equations for estimation of charges and currents indused by electromagnetic field on solids of arbitrary form. The method for solids in free space was described earliar [1]. The influence of electric and magnetic properties of the soil is taken into account here.
