Abstract: Crystallization in biological and natural objects defines dynamics of structure change and characteristics of heat-mass transfer. Modeling of mechanism of reinforce frame formation, localization of solid crystal phase and possibility of capsule formation are of practically valuable for biology, medicine and material science. It allows to find out conditions intervals and process control mechanism of layer composite materials formation.
