Abstract:
The new formulae for the transport conductivity and viscosity of air mixtures with variable chemical elements composition of atoms, molecules, ions of atoms and molecules and electron adoptable in wide diapasons of temperature, pressure and concentrations are derived. These formulae with the emperical constants are results of the simulations by minimization of the errors from the precise numerical computations according to kinetic theory Chapman–Enskog method with high order Sonine polynomial expansions (viscosity coefficients have been calculated in second approximation, transport conductivity coefficients – in third approximations). The some well-known formulae for the transport properties of gas mixtures were been estimated, their accuracy was analysed and practical useful recomendations were made.
