Numerical investigation of the some gas-fluid connected problems

A. B. Vedernikov, A. S. Kholodov

Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology
Abstract: Results of the numerical investigation for some gas-fluid connected problems are presented. The effects in fluid and gas are investigated for the problem of disturbing of the high water damb. The shallow water model is used for the hydrodynamic part of the problem and the 2-D equations for nonviscous compressible gas in the moving nonortogonal system are used for calculations in the gas region. Schemes of the grid-characteristic method are used for the both cases.
