Abstract:
Finite difference schemes with artificial kinetic-consistent viscosity for solution Navier–Stokes equations are constructed on curvilinear orthogonal grids. A supersonic heat-conducting gas flow about an elliptic cylinder is calculated at Reynolds number $\mathrm{Re}=10^3$, Mach number $\mathrm{M}=2$. Multiprocessor transputer system with MIMD architecture has been used for calculation.
