Mathematical models and computer experiment

Termo-geometrical dynamics of finite crystal sample

K. E. Plokhotnikov

M. V. Lomonosov Moscow State University
Abstract: The survey of the contemporary state of problem of temperature reconstruction surface models from point of view of molecular dynamics method and its modifications is given in paper. The new model of termo-geometrical dynamics is proposed which can be used not only for describing of surface processes but for modelling of polymorphous transformations in a whole sample.
