Influence of phase transformations in adsorbate layer on the rate of monomolecular adsorbtion and desorbtion

G. G. Yelenin

M. V. Lomonosov Moscow State University
Abstract: Mathematical modeling of monomolecular adsorbtion and thermal desorbtion is carried out by virtue of distributed models of molecular level. The influence of the process of splitting into phases and order-disorder type transformations on the sticking coefficient and thermodesorbtion spectra is studied.
