M. V. Lomonosov Moscow State University
Abstract: The principle of maximum reliability is disscused in the connection with a problem of choice a measurement model for interpreting a remote measurement data. The properties of maximum reliability of estimations are examined. The examples of the solution of some remote sensing problems are presented.
