Abstract: Physical and mathematical model is developed for numerical simulation of electron transport in the submicron many-electrodes microvacuum structure. For the simulation of the electron dynamics in the microvacuum cells the direct particle method is used for the axisymmetric cylindrical open system. The suggested model is realized as the computer code for the IBM PC which is used for the simulation of the electron transport optimization in microvacuum structures.
