On the problem of neural network decomposition into some subnetworks

L. B. Litinskii

Institute for High Pressure Physics, Russian Academy of Sciences
Abstract: In 1970 E. M. Braverman proposed an approach to the problem of the processing of experimental results, which was called the method for the extremal grouping of parameters. This approach developed the well-known methods of factor analysis. Hopfield's model of a neuron network is a rather special case of Braverman's approach. This allows to set up a problem of decomposition of the neural network with symmetrical connectionmatrix into some subnetworks.
