Crystal growth in magnetic field when the current passed through the melt

A. L. Goncharov, D. A. Zeinalov, A. I. Pogodin, I. V. Starshinova, I. V. Fryazinov
Abstract: The paper deals with the comparison between the results of computer simulation and actual experimental data for dopant distribution in monocrystals that were grown by Czochralski technique in magnetic field with/without passing current. Through the use of calculations crystal growth parameters providing small dopant scatter both in the direction of growth and perpendicular to it were obtained.
