Abstract: The algorithm of mathematical modeling of nanoparticles formation at condensation of simple substances vapors is developed. The coordination simulation of a pseudo-crystal grid growth is carried out. The basic statistic characteristics of kinetic parameters of growing cluster particles are determined at depending on external conditions.
