The model of copolymer adsorption on the surface with active centers

Abstract:
We propose the mathematical model of an adsorption of a copolymer with given primary sequence on the plane with given distribution of active centers. The model is based on contemporary theoretical conceptions of statistical physics. The algorithm for the calculation of average number of contacts is based on efficient recurring procedure for the computation of configuration integral of chain macromolecule. The dependencies of average part of adsorbed copolymers on the temperature, block length and strip width, are calculated for block copolymer and plane substrate consisting of strips of equal widths.
