Abstract: Model of the multy-speed electron beam is offered, ensuring increase of the numerical simulationqualities by elimination of the degeneration on macroparticles longitudinal speed and of more uniform distribution of the current between settlement macroparticlas. The possibility of a posteriori estimation of the electron beam discrete model error is considered. The received results agree well with the experimental data.
