Abstract: We consider three modifications of Multigrid Method with different smoothers for solving convection-diffusion problems with dominant convection. The discretization methods of initial problem for obtaining linear algebraic equation system with special properties are discussed. The smoothers are chosen from specially created class of triangular skew-symmetric iterative methods. Some numerical results are presented.
