Abstract: Mathematical model of blood coagulation in vitro is investigated. There are also analyzed properties of numerical methods used physical processes decomposition in a space of undefined coefficients. As a result of calculations located thrombus patterns in form of the finite number of concentric rings were found. This patterns were confirmed by the experiments. Complex two-dimensional patterns formation was also investigated numerically.
