Abstract: New method of consideration of a strong scattering anisotropy in a transport equation has been suggested. It is based on change of variables at scattering integral which allowed to take into account peculiarities and raptures at scattering indicatrix and to reduce this integral to more convenient for calculations Stieltjes integral. It has been written quasidiffusion system of equations, taking into account three first terms of scattering indicatrix decomposition at Legendre polynomials and presence of $\delta$-peculianty. Boundary conditions for quasi-difrusion system at presence of reflecting anisotropy have been deduced Method of exact solutions constructing – tests for problems with anisotropy of scattering has been described.
