Abstract: The new stationary iterative method of solution of the linear system is proposed. This system is received as result of finite deference approximation of convection-diffusion equation with dominant convection terms. The sufficient condition of the convergence is proved; the optimal iterative parameter is found; the estimation of the convergence speed is presented. The results of the numerical investigation are presented.
