On stability of pendulm's upper equilibrium position

Abstract:
Conditions of stability and instability of physical pendulum's upper equilibrium position under exponentially small vibration's amplitude and the frequency indicated in the heading, close to necessary are obtained with the help of the special asymptotic method.
