Numerical studying problems of cylindric bar elastic torsion

P. N. Vabishchevich

Institute for Mathematical Modelling, Russian Academy of Sciences
Abstract: Difference methods for solving 2D boundary value problems of torsion of cylindric bars with complicated section are considered. For problems of elastic torsion fixed grid computational algorithms are employed based on fictitious domain methods. Peculiarities of a stressed state of a cylindric bar with a multi-connected section are examined.
