Non-parametric method for the analysis of industry technological structure

The high asset-specificity in inter-enterprise relationships prevents the formation of the efficient market economy. The main characteristic of the degree of specificity is the elasticity of substitution between production factors. In the paper, the issue of estimation of elasticity of substitution on micro economic level is addressed as the momentum problem of special kind. In the case of production factors an algorithm for it's solution is suggested.
