Abstract: The description of the block for the numerical calculations of the main neutral atmosphere parameters in the height range 80–520 km in the Global Self – consistent Model of the Thermosphere, Ionoshpere and Protonosphere of the Earth is presented. The essential consideration is focused on the numerical method of the calculation of the thermosphere gas composition. The numerical calculation results of the neutral temperature, $\rm O$, $\rm O_2$, $\rm N_2$ concentrations are presented for the spring equinox and minimum solar activity condition. The comparison of the model results with empirical model of the thermosphere parameters MSIS-86 showed a reasonable agreement.
