Abstract:
Solution of system of nonlinear eguations of level kineties for noble gases is carried out with a numerical method. Diagrams of meta-equilibrium states for Ar, Xe are adduced. There are characteristic distributions of exited states to argon plasma. There are experimental distributions for yttrium, received from the spectrum of an erosive plasma jet, flowing out from a capillary tube $(\rm{Y}_2\rm{O}_3)$.
