Abstract: It is described detail analysis of the different fan stage geometry from point of its aerodynamic and acoustic parameters. The analysis is based on gas dynamic three-dimensional calculations of rotor-stator interaction between the fan blades and the stator guide vanes of the both ducts of an advanced turbo-jet engine. The distributions of the unsteady pressure along the outlet guide vane mid-surfaces are regarded as distributed acoustic sources in the applied approach. The six different variants of fan stage geometry have been analyzed. As a result, the variants with optimal correlation between aerodynamical efficiency and acoustic characteristics have been determined.
