Abstract: The paper is devoted to the numerical experiments on simulation of sound suppression in acoustic liners of high importance in modern aircraft industry. The predictions of 2D model problems are carried out using multiparameter higher–accuracy vertex–centered scheme for solving aeroacoustics problems on unstructured meshes. The qualitative results are obtained, the directions of further investigations are determined.
