Abstract:
Theoretical and numerical researches of an opportunity of development flutter instability at the front the plasma cloud extending in a geomagnetic field are executed. The provisional range of heights, energy and breadths at which instability may develop is determined, resulting to formation of jet current. Features of behavior of such large-scale jet are analyzed.
