Explicit adaptive methods for numerical solution of stiff systems

L. M. Skvortsov

N. E. Bauman Moscow State Technical University
Abstract: The adaptive methods are proposed for solution of a Cauchy problem for systems of the ordinary differential equations. During a solution the automatic tuning of parameters of a method to an investigated problem is carried out. It is shown on known test examples, that the proposed explicit methods are as good as implicit methods for solution of some stiff systems.
