The singularities analysis of non-regular constructions mode of deformation by the finite elements method
V. V. Firsanov Moscow Aviation Institute
Abstract:
The finite-element models for the mode of deformation analysis of essentially non-regular constructions zones called by design nonlinearities (backlashes), discrete (welded) and uninterrupted (pin) connections, the orifices etc. are designed. Examples of different finite-element models application are given: beam membrane, bend-membrane, three-dimensional, combined in application to calculation of the deformation mode of the essentially non-regular aircraft constructions. For example, dot weld joints are considered on the basis of assumption about simulation of weld spots by six beam finite elements which overall length is equal to length of a normal section confined between median surfaces
of welded elements. The efficiency of suggested models by application of computing experiment and results of static tests is shown.
