Abstract: Electron and hole transport occur simultaneously in oxyphenyl-substituted poly(phenylenevinylene)s; the dependence of the drift mobility of the charge carriers on electric field, temperature and dielectric constant have been interpreted in terms of the Poole–Frenkel model.
