Molecular modelling of central nervous system receptors

Abstract: The molecular models of ionotropic and metabotropic glutamate receptors, ionotropic γ-aminobutyric acid receptors, adenosine and melatonin receptors are discussed; the developed models were used in the design of new neuroprotective compounds.
