Abstract:
Reaction of 1-amino-2-nitroguanidine with alkyl 3-bromo-3-nitropropenoates affords 3-nitroimino-6-nitromethyl-4,5-dihydro-(2H)-1,2,4-triazin-5-one, whose structure was characterized by IR, UV, NMR spectroscopy and X-ray single crystal analysis.
