Abstract: Cerasomes containing encapsulated magnetic nanoparticles were synthesized and characterized by gel filtration chromatography, elemental analysis, and photon correlation spectroscopy. Laboratory microwave system was used for the preparation of magnetic nanoparticles. The optimal synthetic conditions were revealed, and the inclusion of nanoparticles in the cerasome composition was experimentally confirmed.
