Abstract: In this work, by means of bio-Strips and toxicity potentials, we compare the results of analysis of toxic potentials of chemical reactions when using cytotoxicity or acute toxicity data. Here, 24 routes of synthesis of 1,1-biphenyl are used for exemplary purposes.
Keywords: C–C cross-coupling, 11-biphenyl, acute toxicity, cytotoxicity, rat, cell culture, bio-Profile, bio-Strip, toxicity potential.
