Abstract: We describe the Boolean network modelling the cell division cycle of fission yeast Schizosaccharomyces pombe. The analysis of its dynamics shows that this model is robust correspondingly to the initial value disturbances. The detailed consideration of the conditions leading to both biological path and lethal mutations is provided.
