Yu. Ph. Zuev

Pacific Oceanological Institute FEB RAS, Vladivostok, Russia
References:
Abstract: The data graph-theory analysis of asymmetrical relations (inclusion) and similarity on descriptive sets of 22 hormones and 32 enzymes in structure of hormonal regulation of enzymes activity of a rat fatty tissue at stress are presented. Results of the graph-theory analysis are interpreted by way of hormonal regulation of enzymatic activity synergism at a stressful adaptable syndrome and expand representation about system structure of a metabolism regulation.
Key words: descriptive sets, hormonal regulation of enzymes, graph-theory analysis, metabolism, stress.
