Conceptual Modeling in Biomedical Data Research

Abstract: The paper is devoted to developing effective, based on conceptual modeling, instrument of data analysis contained in scientific publications. The principle of conceptual modeling and its basic models are considered. Examples of practical implementations of technology of conceptual modeling to PubMed information resources are presented. This technology allows to use PubMed resources for creating local thematic knowledge bases.
