Abstract: Discharge with a liquid nonmetallic cathode (tap water) in atmospheric-pressure air flow has been experimentally studied. This discharge is a modification of the previously investigated discharge with liquid nonmetallic electrodes. The design of the discharge unit has been described and some investigation results have been presented.
