A method of video goniography to study the morphology of the lateral surface of profiled monocrystals and the device for its implementation

Abstract: The method of video goniography and the device for its implementation has been described. The results of the study of the morphology of the lateral surface of profiled monocrystalline sapphire rods, which were grown by Stepanov's method, of three main crystallographic orientations $c\{0001\}$, $a\{11\bar20\}$, and $m\{10\bar10\}$ have been presented.
