Low-frequency asymptotics of the spectral energy distribution of equilibrium radiation in an electron plasma

Abstract:
It has been shown that a logarithmic singularity in low-frequency asymptotics of the spectral energy distribution of equilibrium radiation in an electron plasma may occur in the case of arbitrary degeneracy of electrons in the ideal gas approximation for transverse permittivity.
