Abstract: The paper is dedicated to the comparative investigation of the magnetic properties and structure of oxide glasses doped with FeFe and MnMn. Manganese ferrite nanoparticles arise in the glasses as a result of an additional thermal treatment. The particles morphology is investigated with the high resolution electron microscopy. The glasses magnetization is investigated in the temperature interval 1,8 – 300 K in magnetic field up to 5 T. The glasses magnetic properties are shown to be governed by the nanoparticles morphology.
Keywords: magnetic properties, manganese ferrite nanoparticles, magnetization temperature dependence.
