Abstract: In this paper, by making use of the theory on Riemann surface and value distribution theory we obtained some unique polynomials $P(z)$ such that, for anv nonconstant meromorphic functions $f$ and $g$, if $P(f)\equiv P(g)$ then $f\equiv g$.
