Abstract: This paper is the continuation of the previous paper of the same title, I. “Degenerated” five-diagonal simmetric matrices are considered. The solution of the direct and inverse problem of spectral analysis for such matrices is given. The results obtained are extended for semi-infinite five-diagonal matrices.
