Abstract: The experimental values of the Lorentz tensor components L j have been obtained for uniaxial optically positive and negative films of conjugated polymers with thicknesses of tens of nanometers. The correlation between the components L j and the measurable parameter η has been revealed and the analytical dependence L j (η) has been derived in agreement with the experiment.
