Abstract:
The process of the generation and interaction of solitons in a circular wind–water tunnel is considered. It has been found that solitons with particle-like properties are formed in the channel under the action of a wind. In the presence of surfactants at the upper boundary or flotation, the phases of capillary and gravity-capillary waves are absent in the process of the soliton generation and the soliton formation time increases.
