Abstract: Popularity of various virtual portals, social networks, expansion of their functionality and availability for all population segments in total with anonymity, an opportunity to work on behalf of someone else, emergence of fraudulent and criminal schemes creates a problem of safetyof being in the virtual environment for a person. Relevant problems of lack of scientific and technical decisions in the field of detecting of the similar phenomena is considered and the attempt of formalization of user’s virtual circle destructive influence in the context of a harmful content identification problem is presented in this paper. Authors offer the material devoted to formation of a socio-cyberphysical system as the tool of the effective analysis of data and decision-making in the virtual environment of communications.
Keywords: intellectual data analysis, big data, artificial intelligence, artificial neural networks, acoustic impact, psychological pressure, aggression on the Internet.
