Abstract:
The actual problem of bionanorobotics is the modeling of prototypes of nanostructures based on knowledge
of their properties and evaluation of their applicability as an element base of nanomechatronic devices and systems, one of the solutions to which can be the creation of a virtual prototyping system including several parallel
systems with neural networks, including extracting a stream of semi-structured data about a virtual object in the
process of its simulation, which are necessary for optimizing the virtual prototype model. Using the methodology
of functional modeling IDEF0, a functional model of the hardware platform has been developed, which makes it
possible to select a model for the software implementation of the simulation environment for information models
of bionanosystems and to formulate requirements for the hardware platform.
