Abstract:
The authors established the dependence of the intensity of Stokes IR-luminescence of polydisperce
solid solutions Y$_{1-x}$Yb$_x$Al$_3$(BO$_3$)$_4$ at 0,96–1,1 micron under laser excitation 0,94–0,98 microns from the
composition. They identified optimal composition of the phosphor Y$_{1-x}$Yb$_x$Al$_3$(BO$_3$)$_4$.
